Your new role:
As an experienced 1st line service desk analyst you will report to the Service Desk Manager. This is a standard 37½ hr working week providing support across business hours 8:00am to 5:30pm Mon – Fri. However an element of flexibility will be required.

Basic User Account Administration
Familiar with the use of IT Service Desk Tools.
